Dear Prayer Warriors,

Happy New Year! May the Lord bless you all richly this year. Perhaps 2005 will be the year we will meet the Lord in the air! Maranatha!

Praise the Lord for a good Christmas holiday with my family! We enjoyed time with each other and with God's people.

Now we are in the new year. My month-long trip to Peru is coming up soon, this Saturday, Jan. 8. Getting back into ministry has seemed daunting, so I have had to lean more on the Lord. Please pray that I might continue focused on Him, what He is doing in my life, and following His leading. I will be preparing an audio-visual presentation through the end of February, as well as studying at a conference in Lima and making a visit to Iquitos to encourage the deaf believers in Iquitos. News from Iquitos is that there are new deaf friends coming to church. Pastor Abraham and Patsy were to return to Iquitos this week. Pray that they will be refreshed for continuing their ministry there and that my visit will be an encouragement to them also.

Another goal that I have for these next few days is to contact my supporting churches and begin filling in my calendar for meetings in April through August or September. Please pray that I will be able to do this.
